The bathroom only has one sink for up to four adults, signage isn’t clearly visible for first-timers arriving at night!!! An overpowering smell from the carpet near Room 304 makes it hard to enjoy the stay!!!

this hotel should really focus on quality control. i mean, blackened avocados on two separate occasions, absolutley unacceptable for a so-called four-star establishment. also, don’t even get me started on the rancid odor wafting from the carpets. i was expecting an upgrade for my troubles but was treated like everyone else, charming. i almost wrote a great review, but couldn’t!

Staying just one night in the Deluxe King Room was a delightful experience! The outdoor pool area was inviting, and the decor throughout the hotel created a warm atmosphere. I particularly loved the clean and comfortable room which made us feel right at home.

Super cozy with a chill vibe!
Loved the colonial vibe and how comfy my room was—felt like a home away from home. The outdoor pool is a total gem for unwinding after a day. Staff were nice, but service could've been a bit quicker. wish the air con worked better. it struggled a bit during the day.
